Williams Turns Himself In as New Charges are Filed

Top Miami recruit Willie Williams surrendered to authorities Tuesday morning as new changes relating to the discharge of a fire extinguisher were filed against the Carol City High School linebacker. Williams, the University of Miami's top recruit, turned himself in at about 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Broward County Jail in Fort Lauderdale, defense attorney Paul Lazarus told the Herald.
