Miami's Top Recruit Out on Bail
The University of Miami's top recruit, Willie Williams, was released from jail yesterday, three days after surrendering on an arrest warrant that charged him with violating probation.
Williams, 19, has been arrested 10 times. He was freed after posting a $2,500 bond, jail officials said.
While free on bond, Williams must stay home and be monitored by an ankle bracelet when he is not in school or in court. A hearing was set for March 24. He denies violating probation.
